Welcome to FIT 2 CHEER, a company specializing in the fusion of two great programs: Fitness and Cheerleading! With the use of our patent pending PoundPoms™ (weighted baton handle poms) we have created programs for both the fitness enthusiast and the competitive cheerleader.

The foundation for these programs came from innovative thinking and recognizing the synergies between cheer motions and free weight training. Because the importance of maintaining proper form in both cheerleading and weight training are essential to succeed, this prompted the idea of designing a workout that is both fun and functional!

Designed by founder, Sherry "Shamrock" Leetham, an AFAA certified personal trainer, an ACE group fitness instructor and an AFAA/ACE continuing education provider. She is a former collegiate cheerleader who received her B.S. in Pre-Law & her LCSW from the University of Tennessee school systems. She’s been a professional in the fitness industry for nearly 15 years and now combines her education and expertise into a unique perspective to get you healthy!
